Fast Fuel Protein Shake


This is one of my favorite secrets for an immediate meal to go.

Couple this shake with a piece of sprouted whole grain toast with almond or peanut butter and a piece of fruit and you have the recommended 600 calorie breakfast to fuel your day. This meal supplies high quality and satisfying nutrition, curtails cravings and helps you maintain healthy weight.

  • One serving of Whey or Fermented Soy Protein Greens + powder
  • In Wild Berry Burst or Orange flavor by Greens +
  • 2 tbs of nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbs ground flax seed, or whole chia seeds

Shake and drink.

TIP: If you order the Green + protein powder directly from the manufacturer, request a free shaker and lid.   Ask for 2, one for home and one to keep in your office for a quick meal on the spot. I use it for travel too.
