Baked Tofu
One Lb firm tofu, drained, sliced into 3rds, then cross cut on diagonal to make six triangles, and then cut into 12 slices of triangles.
Marinate (double recipe if like more sauce)
2 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs mirin
2 tbs tamari sauce
2 tbs olive or canola oil
1 ts toasted sesame oil
1 tbs maple syrup
1 tbs grated ginger
2 cloves garlic
1 ts dried thyme
Dash cayenne pepper (optional)
Single layer tofu in cooking pan, then pour marinate over tofu. Let sit for 30 minutes to 24 hours in refrigerator.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden with no lid.
