Breathing Ex. - Calming an Overactive Mind

Do you struggle with an overactive mind that won’t stop racing so you cannot sleep?

 

Breathing Exercise:

Do you struggle with an overactive mind that won't stop racing so you cannot sleep? In Chinese Medicine that means you energetically have too much fire in your system. Thus you want to increase water in your system and calm down your nervous system.

 

Use this effective exercise to slow down your mind.

 

Left Nostril Breathing Exercise:

Simply block your right nostril with your right forefinger and breathe in and out of your left nostril.  Breathe deeply. With each inhale and exhale keep extending your breath  more deeply. Continue for 3-5 minutes.
